Over the past five years, I've guided thousands of people in meditation, forest bathing, biodynamic breathwork, myofascial release bodywork & shamanic medicine, helping them access their bodies' natural healing power. At Sensei Lana'i, a Four Seasons Resort, I developed and guided the meditation, breathwork and forest bathing programming for two years from its launch in 2019, offering group classes and private sessions for individuals and couples.
